About Us
Oromah International was founded in 2019 in the United Kingdom by Mr. Sebastian Soy Kaippan, a highly experienced carer and registered nurse who has been part of the UK healthcare sector since 2000. With a career that began as a Senior Carer, Mr Kaippan worked his way up to becoming a Registered Nurse, Deputy Manager, Manager, and eventually Operations Manager. Along the way, he gained invaluable experience and built a strong reputation for excellence.
Driven by his passion for healthcare, he brought together a talented team to recruit and train staff for eight care homes across South Wales, Devon, and Darlington. Their success in managing these care homes gave him the confidence to expand Oromah’s services.
Today, the company recruits, trains, and places professionals not just in healthcare but also in IT, Accountancy, Engineering, and Hospitality. Oromah also supports international students, helping them secure admissions, scholarships, and opportunities to grow their careers through education and skill-building.
